I don't think this description fits me all that well, but I *am* a Pisces. I do think the colors are gorgeous though!
You're Element is Water. You are soft and serene at
most times but like Wind, you're scary when
you're mad. You proabaly have a talent is
singing and even your speaking voice is lovely.
You have an innocent type of beauty that makes
you look younger than you are and you like
close relationships with people.
What's Your Element(girls)? (PICTURES)
brought to you by Quizilla
Yes, very pretty picture.
And awwwwwwwwwww! I just needed an excuse to tell you how much I love your icon. So sweet *sniffles* I like how the horse and grass seem to be fighting the wind, and yet elf and dwarf still sit tall and strong together, cloaks flapping behind. Love. Much sweetness :-)
Of course in my mind, it's very cold wind and Gimli's cuddling up to him from behind... but I think I'm reading too much into it *G*
Thanks for your comments! I admit that I don't post on my own journal as much as I should...I usually just comment in other people's journals.
Anyway, about the icon, I absolutely love it too! I wish I could claim that I made it, but I know next to nothing about photoshop. I grabbed this one off of the lotricons group. But I really like your interpretation about what's going on in the pic. I never even noticed the wind-blown grass before you pointed it out...I was too busy looking at the sweet couple and imagining them riding off into legend. (I can have much more fun with your interpretation! *grins*)
I've been saving the icon for a special time to use it, and this weekend seemed fitting what with the Oscars tomorrow. Therefore, I decided to put up the elf and dwarf for luck! Plus, I just got my tickets in the mail today to go see Howard Shore in concert with the Columbus Ohio Symphony Orchestra/Choir doing his 2 hour LotR symphony!
I guess it's just left over from when I used to horseback ride and the horses would bow their heads to the strong winds we used to have. Or maybe left over from English classes where I used to overanalyze things... LOL But still, very pretty... I've always liked pics with just a hint of sunset but it being after sunset. Riding off into the sunset is so symbolic an ending to me... but showing a couple *after* sunset means to me that even after the end, they're together. Forever *sigh* Okay, I shut up now. LOL
I don't know that LotR is going to need much luck for the Oscars. I think it'll do just fine, even with the big epic & holywood hit stigmas on it. It's just too good not to sweep the board. And oohhh! The concert sounds fantastic! Congrats :-) Lucky you!
