I had so much planned that I wanted to get done this weekend: dust and vacuum my apartment, do the laundry, go grocery shopping, buy a new PDA since my Handspring finally busted for good, buy a dustbuster, look at new vacuums, go clothes shopping for some new nice tops and pants for work, finally start decorating my apartment with candle holders and LOTR posters and stuff, etc.

But of that list, I've accomplished exactly one half of one item- I did a single load of laundry. Other than that, I can report that I've spent a grand total of about 75 bucks on ebay in the last 3 days (yay for Partylite candles and holders!), reread a lot of old favorite fanfics, and slept about 12 hours each night. And you know what? I'm happy! To quote Office Space: 'I did absolutely nothing....and it was everything I'd hoped it could be!'

I'm also happy to report that the wonderful Hand Puppet Theatre site has a new one up for Pirates of the Caribbean. It's quite amusing! You can check it out here:

Sorry you didn't get more done... but I completely agree- doing nothing is SO much fun :-) And oohhh candles are good!

Thanks for the Hand Puppet Theatre link! I didn't know they had guest ones now. And the PotC one was hilarious! :-)
Oohhh and I just read the X-Men 2 one (I suppose I'm a little behind) I love Beasts's cameo LOL
Thanks much!

Hi tg! Glad you found my LJ, and that you had a safe trip this weekend!

I adore the Hand Puppet Theatre! The SW and LOTR ones are pure genius. I'll have to go check out the X2 one though...haven't seen it yet.

As for buying stuff on ebay, my total is about 85 bucks now...I just bought a set of LOTR magnets, each about 4-5 inches tall, in the shapes of Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Frodo, and Gandalf. These will definitely aid me in my goal of covering my entire fridge in Legolas pictures! :)

And I thought I was bad in having a dozen highlander magnets... LOL But really... why wouldn't you want to see yummy Legolas pics whenever you went for food? It's like dessert before eating...

I love the SW and LOTR ones(Almost died laughing at the Two Towers one)... The Mummy ones aren't bad, either.
